1. Job Description – MSO/LCO/Distribute Operator/Channel Partner Sales

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Senior Manager

Location: As per Business Requirement

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: ISP / MSO / Telecom


Job Purpose

To appoint, onboard, manage, and grow LCOs and franchise partners, ensuring partner performance, subscriber growth, and churn control.


Key Responsibilities

  • Appoint and onboard LCOs / franchise partners as per company guidelines
  • Allocate targets and monitor partner performance regularly
  • Resolve LCO issues related to pricing, bandwidth, billing, and support
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and partner agreements
  • Reduce churn and prevent competitor switching
  • Maintain strong working relationships with channel partners
  • Provide regular partner performance updates to management

  • Coordinate with technical teams for feasibility and service activations
