Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our office sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the BestMart mobile app, generate leads, onboard local businesses, and support users and sellers through tele-calling and online communication from our office.



Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain the benefits of the BestMart mobile app to potential users and businesses over calls and online platforms.
• Encourage and assist users to install the app through tele-calling and digital outreach.
• Approach local business owners and service providers through calls and online meetings to list their products/services on the BestMart app.
• Help sellers register and complete their business profiles remotely.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local merchants and partners through continuous follow-ups and support.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for app user installations, seller onboarding, and lead conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Provide daily reports and feedback to the management team.
