JOB TITLE

Senior Civil Engineer

✅KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

➡️Lead civil engineering design and execution for construction projects, with expertise in 3D modeling and planning using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.

➡️Oversee quality checks, material testing, and compliance with Indian standards (e.g., IS codes, NBC) to ensure structural integrity and safety.

➡️Manage project teams, site supervision, client coordination, and budgeting for real estate and infrastructure developments in Vijayawada/Guntur regions.

Required Qualifications

➡️B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8+ years of experience in construction/building materials.

➡️Proven skills in 3D planning (e.g., STAAD.Pro for analysis) and quality control processes like concrete testing, soil analysis, and NDT methods.

➡️Familiarity with Andhra Pradesh building regulations and sustainable construction practices.

✅ PREFERRED SKILLS

➡️Leadership in team motivation and client relations, aligning with KK Infra Group's growth focus.

➡️Experience in real estate development, site management, and digital tools for project visualization.

➡️Telugu communication skills a plus for local operations.
