  • Support design and execution of skill development, employability and workforce transformation projects for government and corporate clients.
  • Conduct sectoral skill gap studies, baseline assessments, and analyse labor‑market data to generate insights.
  • Develop training content, NSQF‑aligned curricula, and support ToT/ToA frameworks across priority sectors.
  • Coordinate with government departments, Sector Skill Councils, training partners, and industry stakeholders for project delivery.
  • Manage project documentation, monitor progress, track KPIs, and prepare high‑quality reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, DPRs, and knowledge papers in the skilling and education domain.
