Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Front Office Executive to efficiently manage our front desk operations, assist visitors and clients, handle calls and inquiries, and maintain a welcoming reception environment. The role also includes managing paperwork, documentation, filing, and basic administrative tasks, along with coordinating appointments, handling courier activities, and supporting daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, organized, and experienced in front office management, with strong communication skills, good knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
