Job Title: Senior Lab Technician/ Mid Level Lab Technician

Locations: Bangalore, Vijayawada

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Senior Lab Technician to manage high-volume diagnostic testing while maintaining strict quality standards. You will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of Clinical Pathology, Haematology, and Biochemistry departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Automated Testing: Operate and maintain fully automated analysers in Haematology and Biochemistry.

Quality Control: Manage daily QC, calibration, and documentation in compliance with NABL/NABH standards.

Clinical Analysis: Perform routine and specialized testing in Clinical Pathology (Urine/Body Fluids) and Hematology (Slide Morphology).

Equipment Handling: Troubleshooting and routine maintenance of lab machinery to ensure zero downtime.

Reporting: Validate results and ensure timely delivery of accurate reports.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in MLT or equivalent.

Experience: 3+ years in an NABL or NABH accredited laboratory.

Technical Skills: Expert-level handling of fully automated analysers and LIMS.

Specialization: Strong proficiency in QC protocols, Haematology, and Biochemistry.
