Assist guests with ticketing, seating, and auditorium guidance
Provide excellent customer service during movie operations
Handle Box Office, F&B: Counter, and ushering duties
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
Ensure smooth cinema operations during shows
Follow company safety and service standards

Hotel Management background is a plus
