Site Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design & Planning: Develop detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD software, incorporating structural, environmental, and feasibility analysis.
• Project Management: Oversee construction sites to ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Site Assessment: Conduct field investigations, surveying, and risk assessments for new projects.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, government officials, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Material & Budget Oversight: Estimate costs for labor, materials, and equipment, and manage project resources effectively.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders on project progress, risks, and compliance. 

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited program is required.
• Licensure: A Professional Engineer (PE) license is often required for higher-level roles, requiring passing exams and gaining experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other modeling
