Job Description
We are looking for a Soft Skills Trainer to enhance students’ communication, presentation, interview, and professional skills. The trainer will prepare students for workplace readiness and campus placements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in spoken English & communication skills
- Conduct sessions on interview skills, GD, and body language
- Improve confidence, presentation, and workplace etiquette
- Mentor students for placement readiness
Requirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- 1–3 years of soft skills training experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Vijayawada and surrounding areas.
