Role Overview

The Student Success Manager is responsible for visiting intermediate colleges to present Aspire Next’s programs, scholarship tests, and career guidance opportunities. This role focuses on building relationships with principals, faculty, and students while promoting Aspire Next services and ensuring successful student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned intermediate colleges and conduct presentations, seminars, and orientation sessions.

Explain Aspire Next’s offerings — such as scholarship programs, college collaborations, and student career training plans.

Generate and collect student data and leads for admissions and training programs.

Coordinate with the marketing and HR teams for event setup, college tie-ups, and follow-up activities.

Counsel students on available career paths, training programs, and future opportunities.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with colleges and students.

Achieve daily/weekly targets for student outreach and registrations.

Represent Aspire Next in a professional and engaging manner during all college visits.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills (Telugu & English mandatory).

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Confidence in public speaking and interacting with students.

Ability to travel frequently across AP & Telangana.

Good coordination, follow-up, and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech preferred).

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

Language: Telugu & English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Must be willing to travel to different colleges.
