The Subcontractor Billing Engineer is responsible for preparation, verification, and processing of subcontractor bills, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contract terms, and timely certification and payment to maintain smooth project execution. 

Subcontractor Billing

• Prepare and process RA bills / final bills of subcontractors as per work progress.
• Verify quantities with respect to BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.
• Ensure bills are in line with contract conditions, rates, and work orders.
• Track and manage running account bills, advances, and recoveries (materials, machinery, etc.).
• Coordinate with site engineers for joint measurements (JMC/JCR).
• Cross-check executed quantities with planning and site records.
• Maintain proper documentation of measurement sheets and abstracts.
• Ensure all supporting documents are attached (MBs, test reports, approvals).
• Verify statutory compliance (GST, labour licenses, insurance, etc.).
• Maintain proper billing records and audit-ready documentation.
