Job Description
- Key Responsibilities: Manage e-commerce inventory entries in Tally, including inward, outward, returns, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams for timely dispatch and stock updates.
- Maintain real-time stock data across multiple platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).
- Record purchase and sales transactions accurately in Tally.
- Monitor low-stock levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stock-outs.
- Handle inventory reconciliation between physical stock and Tally data.
- Maintain product-wise, category-wise stock reports.
- Support returns processing and damaged goods reporting.
- Generate inventory and sales reports for management.
