🎯 Job SummaryThe Team Manager – International Sales will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and driving a team of International Sales Executives to achieve business growth and revenue targets. This role involves strategy execution, team performance management, client acquisition support, and process optimization to ensure consistent lead generation and conversions in global markets.

  • 📋 Key Responsibilities👥 Team Leadership & ManagementLead, manage, and motivate a team of International Sales Executives
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversions
  • Monitor team performance and provide continuous feedback and coaching
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ensure discipline, consistency, and productivity within the team
  • 🌍 Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement strategies for international market penetration
  • Guide the team in identifying and targeting potential buyers globally
  • Support executives in closing high-value deals and negotiations
  • Ensure effective use of platforms like LinkedIn, email outreach, and other digital channels
  • Optimize sales scripts, outreach methods, and follow-up systems
  • 📈 Performance Tracking & ReportingTrack KPIs such as:
  • Leads generated
  • Conversion ratios
  • Revenue achieved
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management
  • Identify gaps and implement corrective actions
  • 🤝 Client Relationship & Key Account SupportAssist team members in handling key international clients
  • Step in for negotiations and conflict resolution when required
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic customers
  • ⚙️ Process ImprovementImprove sales processes and workflows for better efficiency
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and documentation teams
  • Ensure smooth coordination from order booking to shipment

  • 🎓 Qualification & Experience MBA in International Marketing / Foreign Trade (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–6 years of experience in sales
  • Prior experience in team handling is mandatory
  • Experience in B2B Sales is an added advantage
