Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele callers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with students and parents, providing information about study abroad programs, and scheduling counseling sessions with our experts.

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who wish to build a career in counseling, communication, and international education.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents.
• Explain study abroad programs, courses, and admission procedures.
• Maintain and update student records in the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments for counseling sessions.
• Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses.
• Assist the counseling team in achieving admission and conversion targets.
• Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to handle student queries professionally.
• Education Qualification: Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate (Any stream).
