Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company services, offers, and benefits clearly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in CRM.
Generate leads and convert them into active customers, sellers, or partners.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues or forward them to the concerned department.
