Job Description
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers
- Explain Motor, Health, Life & General Insurance products
- Handle new sales, and customer follow-ups
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Maintain call records and update CRM/customer data
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Provide post-sales support and build long-term customer relationships
- Skills Required Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of insurance (training will be provided)
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets
- Basic computer and WhatsApp usage
