Telecaller Cum Teamleader

Job Title: Telecallers and team leaders for banking , nbfc collections , DRA certification is mandatory

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and polite Telecaller to contact customers over the phone, explain our products/services, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Receive and handle inbound customer calls
• Explain products or services clearly
• Answer customer questions and resolve basic queries
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain call records and customer details

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Telugu / Hindi / English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and handle customers politely
• Active listening and positive attitude

Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any degree
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

• Working hours: Full-time
• Location: Office-based
• Salary: Fixed salary + incentives (performance-based)
