Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers for Tourism and Health/Life Insurance processes.
🔹 Job Role:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to customers
- Explain tourism packages or insurance plans
- Handle customer queries and follow-ups
- Maintain customer and call records
🔹 Requirements:
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in Tourism or Insurance telecalling preferred (Freshers can apply)
- Target-oriented mindset
🔹 Work Details:
- Location: Vijayawada
- Work Mode: Work from Office (Mandatory)
- Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
