Job SummaryBenaka Gold Company is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecallers to join our NBFC operations team in Vijayawada. The role involves contacting customers over the phone, explaining gold loan and NBFC products, generating leads, and supporting the sales and customer service process.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Explain NBFC products related services
• Generate leads and follow up to convert inquiries into customers
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details
• Address customer queries and provide basic information clearly and politely
• Coordinate with branch and sales teams for customer visits and closures
• Meet daily and monthly calling and lead targets
• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, NBFC, or financial services preferred
• Good communication skills in Telugu (knowledge of English/Hindi is an advantage)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)
• Ability to handle customers confidently over calls
