Job Title:


Telecalling Executive – Real Estate (Female only)


Job Role:

You are responsible for connecting with potential leads and customers via phone calls to promote real estate projects, qualify prospects, schedule site visits, and assist in the sales process.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Lead Generation & Follow-up


Call potential leads from databases, online portals, or company sources.


Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.


Maintain a daily call log and update CRM systems.



2. Client Engagement


Explain project features, location benefits, pricing, and amenities.


Answer client queries professionally and build rapport.


Schedule and confirm site visits with interested clients.



3. Sales Coordination


Follow up post site visits and assist the sales team in closing deals.


Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign insights and promotions.



4. Database Management


Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and follow-ups.


Segment leads based on interest, budget, and buying timeline.



5. Target Achievement


Work towards meeting or exceeding monthly calling, visit conversion, and booking targets.



6. Feedback Collection


Gather client feedback on site visits and properties and share with management.


Stay updated with real estate trends and competitor offerings.



Skills Required:


Strong communication and convincing skills.


Basic real estate knowledge (training can be provided).


CRM and Excel proficiency.


Patience, persistence, and a client-focused mindset.

Outbound Calls 80–100 calls per day


Quality Conversations 400+ per month


Site Visits Scheduled 10–20 per month
