Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Collection Telecaller to contact customers and remind them of overdue payments. Outbound calling to the customers maintain proper feedback files and follow up with the PTP stock

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue payments.
• Follow up on previously contacted debtors.
• Explain billing details, payment terms, and consequences of non-payment.
• Negotiate payment plans or settlements within company guidelines.
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
• Escalate complex cases to senior staff or legal team as needed.
• Meet daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service standards in every call.
