Telesales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales / Tele Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in telesales, with excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a target-oriented approach.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
• Understand customer needs and effectively pitch the right offerings.
• Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Handle objections confidently and convert leads into sales.
• Collaborate with the sales team and report performance regularly.
• 🔹 Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in telesales/telemarketing.
• Strong verbal communication skills in [language(s)].
• Confident, proactive, and highly target-driven.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software or telecalling tools is an added advantage.
• Graduation preferred (not mandatory for highly skilled candidates).
