🧩 Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Training Associate who will be responsible for training and guiding individuals aspiring to become carpenters. The role focuses on developing practical skills and ensuring high-quality workmanship in the field.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Carpenter Training:Conduct 10 training batches per month
• Train approximately 200 carpenters across the assigned region
• Deliver practical, hands-on training sessions

🏗 Site Visits & Assistance:

• Travel across Andhra Pradesh for site visits
• Guide carpenters on product usage and installation techniques
• Resolve on-site issues, queries, and complaints
• 🎯 Candidate Profile:Experience in Carpentry / Furniture / Interior / Woodwork industry
• Prior experience in training, supervision, or team handling is preferred
• Comfortable with extensive travel and field work
• Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English preferred)
• Hands-on, practical approach to work
