💼 Job Role:

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executives (FSE) to onboard merchants and promote Paytm payment solutions in the assigned territory.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new merchants for Paytm QR, Soundbox & Payment Gateway.

Visit market daily and generate leads through field activities.

Explain product features and benefits to shop owners and business partners.

Complete merchant KYC and ensure proper documentation.

Achieve monthly sales targets (MTD & overall targets).

Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.

Ensure timely issue resolution and coordination with internal teams.

Submit daily sales reports to the Territory Sales Manager.
