Rigid Box Machine Operator

We are looking for an experienced Semi-automatic Rigid Box Machine Operator who can independently set up, operate, and oversee the rigid box machine end to end. The candidate will be responsible for smooth daily production, quality control, and basic machine upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rigid box making machines independently from setup to final output
• Handle machine settings, alignment, and changeovers for different box sizes
• Ensure consistent quality, finishing, and dimensional accuracy
• Monitor production output and minimize wastage
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with supervisors on daily production targets
• Maintain cleanliness and safety around the machine area
• Train or guide helpers if required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience operating rigid box machines
• Hands-on knowledge of end-to-end rigid box production
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Understanding of materials like grey board, paper wrapping, adhesives, etc.
• Basic mechanical understanding for minor repairs
• Willingness to relocate or work in Dehradun
