Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant who has hands-on experience in Tally. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, entering sales and purchase data, and generating invoices and bills using Tally software.

• Key Responsibilities:Enter daily sales and purchase entries in Tally.
• Prepare and generate tax invoices and bills through Tally.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash book records.
• Maintain GST records and assist in GST filing (if applicable).
• Coordinate with senior accountant/auditor for financial reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices and vouchers.
• Required Skills:Working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST billing and taxation (preferred).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Qualification:B.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate.
• Tally certification will be an added advantage.
