Job Description
- Leading 50+ Year old PWD Project company
- Looking for Civil Site Engineer / Supervisor / Project Engineer / Office Boy / Quotation Handler
- Experience : Fresher to 15yr of experience
- Salary : 20000 to 50,000
- Food+Accomdation Provided
- Location : Thirukovilur and Chennai
- Roles :
- Project Supervision: Oversee daily site operations, monitor construction progress, and ensure adherence to approved plans and specs.
- Quality Control (QC): Implement QC plans, conduct material testing (concrete, steel), perform inspections, and ensure compliance with standards (IS, ASTM).
- Health & Safety (HSE): Enforce safety regulations, manage risks, protect workers and the public, and maintain a safe site environment.
- Resource & Material Management: Estimate, procure, monitor usage, and manage the flow of construction materials and equipment.
- Technical & Documentation: Provide technical advice, create site reports (DPRs), document changes, and maintain detailed logs.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, subcontractors, and project managers; resolve on-site conflicts.
