Solar Site Supervisor

The Solar Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site solar installation activities, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and according to design specifications. The role involves coordinating with installation teams, monitoring progress, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily solar PV installation activities at the project site.

Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.

Ensure installation work follows project drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical specifications.

Monitor project timelines and report daily progress to the project manager.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site safety protocols.

Inspect installation work to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

Manage tools, materials, and equipment at the site.

Conduct site meetings and provide guidance to the installation team.

Identify and resolve on-site technical issues.

Maintain site documentation such as work reports, inspection records, and material usage.

Required Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

Experience in solar PV installation or electrical site supervision.

Knowledge of solar mounting structures, inverters, cabling, and electrical systems.

Familiarity with safety standards and electrical codes.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in solar installation or electrical site supervision (preferred).

Working Conditions
