Account Executive (Accounting)

We have the opening for an Accountant position with one of the reputed company based at Virar West.

Job Responsibilities

Job description

1. Financial Management & Accounting:

● Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.

● Record and monitor all day-to-day financial transactions.

● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

● Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.

● Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.

● Assist with filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns, ensuring compliance with

financial regulations.

● Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

● Coordinate with the operations team to understand site requirements and forecast purchases.

● Share regular reports with management on cash flow, expenditures, and purchase activities.

● Assist in budget planning based on purchase trends and financial insights.

● Act as a bridge between vendors, operations, and finance to ensure smooth workflow.

ALSO NOTE: AS PER COMAPNY BUSINESS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY WILL BE WORKING. THERE WILL BE WEEK OFF BETWEEN MONDAY TO FRIDAY.

Education : -

B.com, Anyone who knows accounting software - tally and excel knowledge.
