Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the system/CRM.
- Follow up with customers to close sales or build relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
