Job SummaryWe are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, connect with customers, share required information, and support business operations. The role focuses on communication, follow-ups, and accurate data handling rather than hardcore sales.
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, verification, or information sharing
- Handle inbound calls and resolve basic customer queries
- Explain company services, processes, or requirements clearly
- Collect and update customer information accurately
- Maintain proper call records and data in CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process flow
- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closures
