1. Daily Operations

• Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the café.

• Check inventory levels and report shortages.

• Ensure orders are prepared and served on time.

2.   Customer Service

• Interact with customers and handle basic complaints or feedback.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth service.

3. Inventory & Supplies

• Track stock of raw materials and packaging items.

• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for timely deliveries.

4. Reporting

• Maintain records of daily sales, expenses, and wastage.

• Report operational updates to the Operations Manager/Café Manager.
