Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain products or services, generate leads, and close sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and/or handle inbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing clearly
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
- Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and quality standards
