Role Summary :

We are looking for a hands-on E-commerce & Performance Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. This is an execution-driven role for someone who can actively work on Amazon, Shopify, and digital campaigns to build consistent revenue.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to grow with a brand and take ownership of building the e-commerce business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management (Amazon & Other Platforms)
• Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central.
• Create, upload, and optimize product listings (titles, keywords, images, descriptions).
• Run and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, etc.).
• Track sales performance, keyword ranking, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate inventory updates to avoid stock-outs or listing issues.

Shopify Website Management:

• Manage backend operations of Shopify website.
• Upload products, collections, banners, and landing pages.
• Ensure smooth customer journey from browsing to checkout.
• Work on basic website merchandising and conversion improvements.
• Manage integrations, including reviews, offers, and analytics tools.

Performance Marketing Execution

• Execute paid campaigns across Amazon Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Assist in running traffic campaigns to the Shopify store.
• Monitor daily performance metrics like spend, sales, and ROAS.
• Optimise campaigns to reduce wastage and improve conversions.

Content Coordination for Performance

• Plan monthly content requirements for ads and product promotion.
• Coordinate with designers for creatives needed for campaigns and listings.
• Suggest performance-focused content ideas based on what drives sales.
• Ensure consistency of brand presentation across the marketplace and website.

Reporting & Analytics

• Track weekly performance metrics (sales, ad spend, conversion rate).
• Prepare simple performance reports with insights and action points.
• Identify opportunities to improve listings, campaigns, and customer experience.

Required Experience

• Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and PPC campaigns.
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations.
• Experience managing Shopify backend (product uploads, basic setup).
• Familiarity with Meta Ads or other performance platforms is preferred.
• Strong execution mindset and willingness to work across multiple tasks.
• Basic analytical skills (Excel, reporting, performance tracking).

Compensation₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
