eCommerce Operations Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Manager to manage and grow our online business across multiple platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, sales growth, inventory management, and online marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms

2)Create and optimize product listings (Title, Images, Description, SEO)

3)Handle order processing, shipping, and returns

4)Monitor sales performance and prepare reports

5)Manage inventory and stock availability

6)Run promotions, offers, and discount campaigns

7)Coordinate with logistics and customer support teams

8)Handle seller dashboards (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

9)Resolve customer complaints and feedback

10)Improve online visibility and conversion rate
