Job Description
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware issues (motherboard, RAM, HDD/SSD, SMPS, etc.).
- Manage LAN/WAN network setup, cabling, switches, routers, and wireless access points.
- Basic troubleshooting for Server & Active directory
- Configure and maintain IP-based CCTV, bio-metric attendance devices, and printers.
- Install and manage operating systems (Windows/Server OS) and basic software applications.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and antivirus checks.
- Monitor network performance and ensure secure, reliable connectivity.
- Provide technical support to users – onsite and remote.
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation of IT infrastructure.
- Coordinate for warranty claims, hardware replacements, and AMC support.
