HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 4 years of

experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

managing manpower, handling attendance, and addressing office queries. This role requires a

strong decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and

leadership qualities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HR department.

● Handle manpower planning and ensure proper staffing levels.

● Monitor and manage attendance records.

● Address and resolve office queries and employee concerns promptly.

● Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

● Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.

● Provide leadership and direction to the HR team.

● Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

● Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

● Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

● Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

● Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.

● Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.

● Utilize HR analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.

● Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide

support.

● Experience in Payroll generation as per PF and ESIC laws.

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management.

● Proven experience in manpower handling and attendance management.

● Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

● Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.

● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● High level of integrity and confidentiality.

● Experience in the facility management industry or a related field is preferred.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

NOTE - The designated weekly off day is Friday, not Saturday or Sunday.
