Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a Female Sales Executive for the Real Estate industry at Virar East location.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity and freshers are not allowed. Candidates with prior real estate sales experience will be preferred.

Working hours will be 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with weekly off on weekdays only.

The starting salary will be ₹15,000 to ₹18,000 per month, along with an incentive of ₹3,000 per successful conversion and 3 performance-based bonuses annually.

An employment agreement will be mandatory after onboarding. The candidate must be comfortable wearing formal attire. The role is target-based and includes responsibilities such as showing projects to customers, explaining and convincing them, negotiating deals, and doing regular follow-ups.

Basic English communication is required, while fluency in Hindi and Marathi is mandatory. We are looking for confident, professional, and committed candidates who are interested in long-term growth in the real estate sales field.
