Job Description
- 06 Months –2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and competitor projects.
- Knowledge/Updation of upcoming infrastructure projects and future developments in assigned areas.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Basic knowledge of property documentation, finance and legal processes.
- Knowledge in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage
