Real Estate Sales Manager

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels (field visits, referrals, digital inquiries, etc.).
• Conduct client meetings and understand property requirements.
• Arrange and accompany clients on property site visits.
• Present and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers.
• Coordinate with sourcing and marketing teams for inventory updates.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure smooth documentation and assist clients through the booking process.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year –2 years of experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

·       Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and competitor projects.

·       Knowledge/Updation of upcoming infrastructure projects and future developments in assigned areas.

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of property documentation, finance and legal processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
