Real Estate Sourcing Executive

• Identify and source new residential/commercial property listings.
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties and development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with property owners.
• Conduct site visits and evaluate property potential.
• Maintain an updated database of available inventory.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align sourcing strategy with sales requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation and due diligence of sourced properties.
• Track competitor activity and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sourcing, property acquisition, or channel sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of local real estate market trends.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Knowledge in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with brokers and channel partners.
• Knowledge of legal documentation related to property transactions.
• Strong networking abilities.
