Job Title: Telecaller Executive – Real Estate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller Executive to handle client calls, generate leads, and support the sales team in the real estate business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

• Handle inbound inquiries and explain project details clearly

• Generate and qualify leads for site visits

• Follow up with clients regularly

• Maintain proper call records and update CRM

• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures

• Build good relationships with clients

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

• Basic knowledge of real estate is preferred

• Ability to convince and handle objections

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM)

• Positive attitude and target-oriented
