Senior Telecalling Officer

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and/or inbound calling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a passion for achieving sales targets.

-Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers or handle inbound sales calls
• Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM systems
• Follow up with interested leads and close sales effectively
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
