Job Title: Telecaller – Let’s Act
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic female Telecaller to handle inbound & outbound calls, explain Let’s Act acting courses, follow up with leads, and convert enquiries into admissions. The role requires clear communication, confidence, and basic CRM/WhatsApp follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call & counsel interested students/parents
- Explain course details & fees clearly
- Follow up on leads and close admissions
- Maintain call & lead records
Requirements:
- Good Hindi & basic English communication
- Sales/counselling mindset
- Experience in telecalling/education sales preferred
