Job Description
- 🧾 Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan / Business Loan / Credit Card sales/EMI Card
- Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates & benefits
- Generate quality leads and convert them into logins
- Follow up with customers till documentation completion
- Coordinate with internal team / bank for case progress
- Maintain daily call reports and lead status in CRM / Excel
- Achieve daily & monthly targets
- ✅ Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, basic English preferred)
- Experience in Loan / Credit Card telecalling preferred
- Strong convincing & objection-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Dialer)
