Make outbound calls to customers
Explain holiday membership programs, offers, and benefits clearly
Invite customers for venue visits, presentations, or appointments
Generate quality leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate call records and customer data
Follow up with interested customers to confirm appointments
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Skills Required :
Good communication and convincing skills
