Job Title: Presales Executive – Telecalling (Real Estate)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Presales Executive (Telecalling) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, qualifying leads, and setting up site visits for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases
• Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and preferences
• Explain project details, pricing, and key features to prospective clients
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems
• Follow up with interested prospects to nurture leads
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling/presales (real estate preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of real estate sales processes
• Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
• Good listening skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Good in English, Hindi, Marathi
