Telesales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales in the system/CRM.
• Follow up with customers to close sales or build relationships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required.
