Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Insurance Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining insurance products, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Explain insurance products (Life, Health, Motor, etc.) clearly and confidently
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
