Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele calling Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer details.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies.
